Prices & Payment
Prices are shown both inclusive and exclusive of VAT.
The component price shown excludes Delivery. Carriage charges are calculated and included at “Checkout” stage, based on the Delivery address, weight and size of the consignment.
The total price at “Checkout” is the price you will be charged.
When paying for your goods by Credit or Debit card, your card details are encrypted for total security.
Delivery
Delivery is quoted based upon the delivery address Post Code, the weight and size of the consignment.
It is your responsibility to confirm the delivery location. A surcharge will be applied for re-delivery due to an incorrect delivery location.
It is your responsibility to provide personnel and confirm the means of offloading the consignment.
We use a combination of parcel carriers and pallet hauliers. Where the delivery area or consignment size is not covered by our hauliers, we will contact you with a quoted price for your consignment.
Our delivery service operates between 0830 and 1700 Monday to Friday.
All goods must be signed for. Risk of the goods shall pass to you upon delivery and receipt of a signed delivery note by our carrier.
Returns Policy
Faulty goods – in the event that the goods are faulty, you must contact us within 48 hours so that we can resolve the issue.
Having informed us by email, we will contact you by return, to determine the problem and the preferred course of action.

Force Majeure
Daver Steels Ltd shall incur no liability for failure to perform our obligations under this contract due to the existence of circumstances which we have not caused or are beyond our control.
